  • ANSWER: our jewellery is unique, we designed it ourselves, and everything from the polishing of the stone to its setting, to the manufacturing - everything is honest Czech handwork. We do not use 3d printing or semi-finished products.

  • ANSWER: Our goods are available exclusively through our e-shop
  • QUESTION: Can the goods be returned?
  • ANSWER: Yes, we accept the return of unworn and unused goods within the statutory period of two weeks from the date of sale. The receipt of the goods and their detailed condition is recorded on camera in case of future disputes.

  • QUESTION: Is it possible to track the shipment online?
  • ANSWER: it depends on what we are sending and who is transporting the shipment, we will inform you about it.
  • QUESTION: Can I change the parameters of the offered goods?
  • ANSWER: for leather goods, you can request the color of the leather and trimming- if it is possible, we will accommodate you - the waiting time for the goods will be at least one month to 6 weeks and we will charge an additional fee of 25% to the price. For jewelry, you can choose the color of gold, treatment of the gold surface and precious stone - however, not every stone is suitable for jewelry and that is why we will let you know in advance whether it will be possible, or whether and how much the extra charge would be.  Art - if you wish to commission an artist, we will arrange everything for you, we will tell you the price in advance
  • QUESTION: How do I pay?
  • ANSWER: Payment is possible by bank transfer or payment card via a secure payment gateway. We do not accept cash or PayPal payments. You will receive an appropriate document for payment
  • QUESTION: The packaging is damaged upon receipt - what to do?
  • ANSWER: Please take photos with your mobile phone, if the damage is bigger, do not accept the goods, they will be sent back
  • QUESTION: Can you set my own stone in my future jewelry order?
  • ANSWER: Unfortunately, this is not possible, we only work with stones from verified suppliers
  • QUESTION: I have my own gold, will you make the jewelry I ordered from it?
  • ANSWER: It is not possible to use material unknown to us
  • QUESTION: Can I cancel an already placed order with modifications?
  • ANSWER: JEWELRY - If such a situation occurs, please contact us to find out at what stage the production of the jewelry is, if its production has not yet started, it is possible to cancel it and we will refund you in full
  • LEATHER BAGS - if the goods have not been entered into production, this is not a problem.
  • PICTURE - for a commissioned painting, we will check the stage of its realisation, if it has already started, we will charge you the price of the material and the artist's time, usually around 20-30%  40% in the middle of the realisation and up to  50% for the almost finished work.
  • QUESTION: What is a Hallmark?
  • ANSWER: a mark of authenticity and purity of gold, it is also a way of confirming that the gold is really of the stated purity.
  • QUESTION: How much is shipping?
  • ANSWER: We will deliver the goods to you within the Czech Republic for free, more here

  • QUESTION: Will I receive a certificate?
  • ANSWER: yes, you will receive a certificate of authenticity for both jewellery and paintings
  • QUESTION: What is the warranty period?
  • ANSWER: 24 months, according to the law. Be careful with jewelry - jewellery modified by other jewellers, or mechanically damaged, for example after falling to the ground, or as a result of inappropriate use, the right to claim expires - more here
  • QUESTION: My ring doesn't fit - can you adjust it?
  • ANSWER: yes, contact us and we will give you information, how to proceed.
  • QUESTION: I want to exchange the jewellery for another one, is this possible?
  • ANSWER: yes, within 14 days and only if the jewellery or bag is unworn. Please do not forget that we also manufactur the other jewellery and you will be waiting for it. You must also send a certificate and a box with the jewellery.
  • QUESTION: How long will it take for you to refund me for unworn items returned within 14 days?
  • ANSWER: we will return the money to your bank account within two weeks, if all conditions are met.
